Abstract Submission and Registration
Online abstract submission opened on 1 November 2015. Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract. -
Submission Timeline and Instructions
Abstract submission deadline is 29 February 2016.
The Scientific Committee will review all abstracts, and you will be notified by 1 April 2016 whether your abstract has been accepted. The decision of the Scientific Committee is final. All abstracts accepted will be published in the programme book that will be distributed to all conference attendees. Please note that payment for your registration has to be received by 30 April 2016 for your abstracts to be published in the programme book.
Substitution/Withdrawal of Abstract Author
Due to programme and publishing deadlines, withdrawal of abstract after 15 May 2016 is highly discouraged. Abstracts may be withdrawn during the submission period by emailing the UAA Congress Secretariat via the Contact Us page. There is no refund for registration fees if abstracts are withdrawn. Substitution/replacement of presenter is allowed with no penalty charge.

Ethics Guidelines
IRB approval is required for studies involving human subjects. For translational research studies involving animal subjects, authors are to adhere to animal ethics guidelines and institution IACUC approval granted.

Abstracts must be submitted in English, not exceeding 500 words . The material for presentation should be unpublished and original.
Video submissions should include an abstract (as stated), in addition to the video clip. The entire length of the clip should should not exceed 7 minutes in duration. Please submit the video clip either in MP4 or AVI format.
