依據109/12/30學會台泌正字第080號公文公告： 為配合政府政策防治嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎， 本學會於110年元月30日舉辦之「第6屆半年會暨學術演講會」活動將採實聯(名)制入場 ， 非本會會員者不得現場報名 、亦不得以任何理由進入活動會場。

線上報名及繳費：

ㄧ律採用線上報名及繳費，請至網頁報名， 繳費後才算完成報名（多種繳費方式可供選擇：超商繳費、信用卡、ATM轉帳）

注意事項

  1. 請務必完成繳費才算報名成功，繳費後立即mail QRCode 及電子收據。請務必確認Email是否正確
    Registration will succeed after paying the registration fee, and we will send the QR Code and electronic receipt immediately while receiving the payment.
  2. 繳費【後】恕無法退款，也無法修改訂單，尚祈見諒。
    Sorry for the inconvenience, the registration fee is non-refundable and the order can’t be changed.
  3. 持識別證QR Code通關最快速，故請早鳥報名可會前取得QRcode。
