Dr. Chang's research focuses on the Androgen Receptor (AR) and three Nuclear Orphan Receptors TR2; TR3and TR4. he isolated from human testis. The successful cloning of the AR cDNA represents the landmark discovery in the Androgen-AR field, in that it enabled the elucidation of the pathophysiological mechanisms of many androgen-AR related diseases.
