【UAA × Kameda Medical Center 國際泌尿外科進修獎學金計畫開始接受申請】

亞洲泌尿科醫學會（UAA）與日本龜田醫療中心（Kameda Medical Center）合作推出「International Fellowship in Urologic Surgery」，提供亞洲地區年輕泌尿科醫師赴日本接受進階臨床訓練及國際交流的寶貴機會。

Kameda Medical Center 為日本知名大型醫學中心，擁有豐富的臨床資源及國際醫師培訓經驗。本 Fellowship 計畫旨在培養具國際視野之泌尿科人才，協助學員提升臨床能力、手術技巧及學術合作經驗。

📌【訓練特色】

提供 12 個月（Standard Track）及 6 個月（Short Track）兩種訓練方案

接受機器手臂輔助手術（Robotic Surgery）、進階腹腔鏡手術及內視鏡泌尿手術訓練
涵蓋 PCNL、軟式輸尿管鏡雷射碎石術（fURS）、HoLEP 等進階技術
可選擇觀摩腎臟移植、男性不孕顯微手術及後腹腔肉瘤手術等特殊領域
醫院提供宿舍，住宿費由院方負擔

The Urological Association of Asia (UAA), in collaboration with Kameda Medical Center, Japan , is pleased to invite applications for the International Fellowship in Urologic Surgery .

This fellowship offers an exceptional opportunity for young urologists in Asia to gain advanced clinical exposure, develop surgical expertise, and build international professional networks at one of Japan’s leading medical centers.

[📌Fellowship Highlights]

Available in 12-month Standard Track and 6-month Short Track
Training in advanced urologic surgery, including:
- Robotic-assisted urologic surgery
- Advanced laparoscopic urologic surgery
- Endourology
- Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL)
- Flexible ureteroscopy and laser lithotripsy
- Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP)
Optional exposure to:
- Kidney transplantation and donor nephrectomy
- Microsurgery for male infertility
- Retroperitoneal sarcoma surgery
Hospital-provided accommodation with rental costs covered by Kameda Medical Center

[📍Eligibility]

Applicants should:

✅Be an Individual Member of the UAA
✅Have completed a urology residency program
✅Hold a valid medical license in their home country
✅Demonstrate a strong interest in advanced urologic surgery and academic collaboration
✅Possess good English communication skills
