Call for abstracts for JUA2017 International Session
Dear Colleagues,
It is a great pleasure for all of us to welcome you to the 105th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Urological Association, to be held in Kagoshima City from April 21 to 24, 2017.
The 105th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Urological Association extends the invitation to urologist around the world to join our international session and share the latest topics in the field of urology. We encourage researchers outside of Japan to submit abstracts on basic, translational or clinical researches in urology.
Allocated time for each presentation is 6 minutes and 4 minutes for question and answer. When accepted, the congress registration fee for the first author will be waived.
Please note that each applicant bears the cost of all incurring travel expenses including accommodation and airfare.
Together, the president of JUA, the president of the 105th JUA, and the Chair of the International Committee of JUA wish to meet you in Kagoshima next April.

Submission Deadline: Noon, October 11, 2016 (JST)
Submission Requirements
- An abstract must be written in English and should include objectives, methods, results and conclusions.
- The length of an abstract should be within 300 words.
- Maximum of 13 authors (including the first author) may be listed on each abstract. Please list the presenter as the first author.
- You may choose a topic category of your presentation from the list.
- The final decision, however, is the discretion of the congress chairperson.
- When printing in the ProgramAbstract, we will not edit submitted abstracts.
- Therefore, you should be mindful of spell checking and grammatical correctness in your submission.
- Submit your completed abstract using the submission form on the conference website. You will receive an email confirmation with an abstract submission number from the secretariat. If not, please contact the congress secretariat.
- Once registration deadline is closed, no change requests of the title, coauthors, or any others may be accepted.
- Ethical considerations must be provided with your presentation, such as when animals are use in your clinical samples.

- The first author of the presentation must disclose all necessary information in the provided COI form at the time of registration.

Copyrights Transfer
- Copyright of the presented paper will belong to the Japanese Urological Association.

Acceptance Notice
- Abstracts will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. Acceptance of abstracts will be notified by email to the first/presenting author by midJanuary, 2017.
