Global NMIBC Survey – a snapshot analysis

Treatment of Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (NMIBC) by TransUrethral Resection of the Bladder Tumor (TURBT) holds a strong position in many international guidelines.

However, TURBT with Whitelight Endoscopy has some inherent limitations. Recent innovations on enhanced endoscopic imaging have been introduced, including PhotoDynamic Diagnosis (PDD), Narrow Band Imaging (NBI) and IMAGE1S.

We have prepared a comprehensive survey to obtain a snapshot on the current position of these enhanced endoscopic imaging techniques globally as well as the importance of guidelines related to their use.
