Points are earned through continuing
education that includes courses on
urology, medical ethics, medical laws
and regulations, and medical quality
given by the Association, teaching
hospitals and medical organizations.

Application has to be filed 1-2 months
before the course begins. |

2. |
Application for recognition of points:
Application has to indicate the date,
location, and name of the event, as well
as name of the lecturer and the subject.
In addition, information on the contact
person and telephone number are also
required. |

3. |
The sponsor of the course has to mail
“The Sign-in Sheet” back to the
Association within 7 days following
conclusion of the course. |

4. |
“The Sign-in Sheet” has to be signed by
the participant in person. Signature
shall not be replaced with a stamp.
Violators of this rule shall have their
points voided.
